Refund policy

✅ 1. Right to Withdraw

The Buyer (a natural person) can cancel the purchase agreement within 14 days, without giving a reason.

📦 2. When the 14-Day Period Begins

The countdown starts when the Buyer or a third party (not the courier) receives the goods.
If the order includes multiple shipments, the period begins from the receipt of the last item.

📝 3. How to Withdraw

Send a written cancellation (either free-form or using the provided cancellation form) to:

📧 4. Confirmation

The Seller will confirm receipt of the withdrawal notice by email.

💶 5. Refund

The Seller will refund all received payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
Note: Any extra costs for non-standard delivery are not refunded.

🔄 6. Refund Conditions

Refunds may be withheld until the goods are returned or the Buyer provides proof of return.

🚚 7. Return Shipping

The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any decrease in the item’s value due to usage beyond what is necessary for basic inspection.
