Refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

2. When the 14 days begin

The period starts on the day you, or a person you name other than the carrier, receive the goods. If the order arrives in several shipments, it starts on the day you receive the last item.

3. How to withdraw

Send us a clear statement of your decision by email to info@berghoff.lv. You can write it in your own words or use the model withdrawal form below.

4. Confirmation

We confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email.

5. Refund

We refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Extra costs of choosing a delivery option more expensive than our cheapest standard delivery are not refunded. We refund using the same payment method you used, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

6. Refund conditions

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier.

7. Returning the goods

Please send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. You pay the direct cost of returning the goods and are responsible for any decrease in their value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.
